CARDIO DANCE Cardio Dance is a high energy fun way to move your body. We play a variety of music so be ready to have a dance party! All levels are welcome, no dance experience is needed. Please have water and a towel with you.
CYCLE45 Cycle is a high intensity cardiovascular class that incorporates power, resistance, strength, and endurance on our stationary indoor bikes. This class is 45 minutes in length.
PILATES Pilates offers a complete core workout by challenging all of our stabilizing muscle groups. Pilates is designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, posture, and enhance mental awareness through lengthening and strengthening muscle groups. No Pilates experience necessary!
POWER YOGA Power Yoga combines relaxation of the mind with power focused movements for muscular endurance and strengthening. This mind and body format will get your heart beating and energize the spirit, as well as offer strength based poses and meditation. No yoga experience is needed! Please have your own mat if preferred.
TRX TRX will challenge your core and increase your muscular endurance on the TRX® Suspension Trainer®. This class combines resistance training with cardio to get your heart racing and muscles working. No TRX experience necessary!
CYCLE+STRENGTH Cycle + Strength combines 30 minutes of climbs, sprints, and jumps on the bike and 30 minutes of strength-based movements on a mat. Get the best of both cycling and strength training in this hour long class!
CARDIO BARBELL Cardio Barbell is a cardiorespiratory and muscular focused class using Group Exercise barbells. Participants will be challenged through fundamental strength moves that target the entire body. By adding weight, a challenging tempo, or burst of cardio, this 45-minute class will lead you toward your fitness goals.
KNIGHTFIT KnightFit is a functional training class where we improve strength, endurance, and energy levels. Mondays and Wednesdays are cardio based days, Tuesdays and Thursdays focus on strength, and Fridays and Sundays are a combination of both (hybrid). All levels are welcome!
RESTORATIVE YOGA Restorative Yoga is a slow paced practice focused on re-centering and rejuvenating your body through mindful breathing and prolonged stretches. No yoga experience is needed! Please have your own mat if preferred.

BARRE Barre combines elements of ballet, Pilates, and fitness movements using small and controlled movements to isolate muscle groups and improve strength, muscular endurance, and flexibility. No dance experience necessary!
POWER PILATES Power Pilates is a high-intensity full body, workout focused on core strength, muscular endurance, and aerobic capacity. Through dynamic sequences, it lengthens and strengthens muscles while promoting proper breathing and posture for a deep, effective burn. All levels are welcome, but starting with a regular Pilates class is recommended
Latin Cardio Dance Latin Cardio Dance is a high energy, fun way to get moving and grooving to your favorite Latin music. During this dance party, we will work on stamina and hit various muscles through the moves. All levels are welcome, no dance experience needed. Please bring a water and towel
