Cardio Floor
The RWC building has a 9,300 square foot cardio floor equipped with 150 cardio pieces including: Matrix, Star Trac, Woodway, Life Fitness, and Cybex. There are a variety of machines including: recumbent and upright bikes, treadmills, rowing machines, total body ellipticals, lower body ellipticals, steppers, and arc trainers. As well as offering Adaptive equipment such as hand bikes to accommodate all student’s needs.
