How to Reserve Outdoor Gear

1. Complete the new universal RWC Liability and Assumption of Risk Waiver. 
   • Proceed to log in by clicking the “Log In” button in the top right.
   • Log in using your UCF NID and password.
   • The system will prompt you to sign and submit the waiver. This waiver will be effective for one year.
2. Then, complete the Gear Rental Agreement.
3. Check out our gear and rental prices; choose what you need!
4. Contact the Outdoor Adventure Center during our open hours to check gear availability, determine your pick up and drop off time, and complete your gear rental reservation. Your reservation is not confirmed until you contact the Outdoor Adventure Center.

   • We are only accepting credit/debit card payments at this time – you will pay when you arrive to pick up your gear.
