From Tuesday, April 22 - Saturday, May 10, the RWC Main Facility will be open from 11 am - 6 pm. Please refer to our Hours of Operation page for all facility hours.
Challenge Course Facilitators work to guide groups of individuals through activities and games in order to build teamwork, trust, and communication skills through a unique and exciting experience. Facilitators will help each group reach their individual goals through challenging activities that require teamwork, puzzles and thought-provoking games, and intentional guided conversations that allow participants to reflect on the meaning of their experience.
These programs will be facilitated in a high-ropes, low ropes, virtual, or mixed, setting depending on the preference of the group, and participants will be learning under the “Experiential Learning Cycle” and “Choose your Challenge” philosophies, which describe the way in which learning takes place and allows participants to decide their own level of engagement based on comfort level.
As a Challenge Course Facilitator, your own leadership style, interpersonal skills, problem solving ability, and technical skills, will be cultivated in an enjoyable, one-of-a-kind setting.
