Gabi was born and raised in Pembroke Pines, Florida, and began her journey in recreation and wellness at the University of South Florida in 2020, where she earned an Associate of Arts degree in Health Science. While at USF, she worked as a Group Fitness Instructor—teaching cardio dance, cycle, and bootcamp—and as a Program Assistant, an experience that sparked her passion for fitness and campus recreation.

She later transferred to Florida State University, where she completed a degree in Human Development and Family Science. While at FSU, Gabi also completed a Division I athletics internship as a Strength and Conditioning Coach with the FSU Athletics Department. In addition, she gained experience in both boutique and corporate fitness environments, further strengthening her love for group fitness and her commitment to helping others through movement.

In her role as Fitness Coordinator at the University of Central Florida, Gabi brings energy, creativity, and a strong dedication to student wellness and engagement. Outside of work, she enjoys weightlifting, dancing, and traveling, always seeking new experiences and finding joy in staying active and connecting with others.
